In order for a student to be admitted to Global English Academy, the following criteria are necessary:
- The student must be a non-native speaker of English
- The student must be able to read and write in his/her native language
- The student must be at least 16 years of age
For International Students on F-1 Student Visas
- The student must be 18 years of age or have a high school diploma
- The student must demonstrate financial support and provide all required documents to obtain an I-20 form and F-1 visa

In addition, all students must fill out a Global English Academy application form and submit it either in person or electronically. Note: F-1 students have additional admissions requirements.
