Global English Academy offers five 8-week sessions per year and two 3-week Mini-Intensives plus a 4-week July Program. Please see our Academic Calendar for the exact dates of each session. The following are the costs per session:
Intensive Academic English Program (8-week session)
This program is offered during the week (Monday through Friday). You can register for morning, afternoon or evening classes and there are three options for registration:

This program is offered on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.

July Program (4-week session)
This program is offered for four weeks in July and consists of 18 hours of intensive English classes in the mornings plus two afternoons each week of sightseeing.

*Please note that the placement test, the registration fee, the Express mail fee and the application fee for F-1 students are not refundable. The registration fee is charged each session that you register for classes. The placement test and the application fee for F-1 students are one-time fees. The Express mail fee is charged when a student wants an I-20 mailed abroad.

Refund Policy:
The refund policy of Global English Academy is as follows:
First Session:
A student will receive a full refund of his/her tuition less any non-refundable application and registration fees if he/she notifies the school prior to or during the first week of classes. 75% tuition refund if student drops during the second week, 50% tuition refund during the third week , 25% tuition refund during the fourth week and no refund after the fourth week.
Subsequent Sessions:
A student will receive a full refund of his/her tuition less non-refundable registration fee if he/she notifies the school 1 business day prior to the first class meeting. 75% tuition refund if student drops during the first week, 50% tuition refund during the second week, 25% tuition refund during the third week , no refund after the third week.
PLEASE NOTE: All refund requests take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to be processed. All checks will be refunded in the student’s name. If the payment was made on-line, the refund transaction will show on the credit card statement approximately 6 to 8 weeks later.
